Hi My name is Mike I'm a mobile personal trainer based in Hillingdon, Middlesex. I offer all my clients a personally tailored workout program that suits there ability and capability. I thrive to see people making progress and making achievements (however small they are). My moto is " not want you can't do, but want you need to reach your body how to do it". Also small step lead to bigger ones.

I qualified 4 years ago and have been mobile ever since. I'm have the following qualifications:

Level 2 fitness instructor, Level 3 personal trainer qualification, first aid at work. I have Fully enhanced DBS, double vaccinated, Public liability insurance.

As well as offering a service to the traditional individual, I also have experience of working with people with needs. I have a year 20 year background of working in this field.
